Graphite/teflon Raschig Rings.

The following introduction is on basis of graphite raschig rings.

It is used mainly in the packed tower for absorbing or separating acid gas, solvent gas or other organic gas under high temperature.

Our product has good corrosive resistance, high temperature resistance, high chemical strength.

Sizes are mainly as: dia.13 X 13MM, dia.19 X 19 MM, dia.25 x 25 MM, dia.29 x 29 MM, dia.32 x 32 MM, dia.37 x 37 MM, dia. 50 x 50 MM, dia.80 x 80 MM. Or as per user’s request.

Fitful temperature: 520 deg. MAX.

Fitful pressure: 30 bar

Hardness: 15 HB

Bending strength: 60 Mpa

Compressive strength: 75 Mpa

KKwe can also supply it by material of teflon + graphite. % of teflon can be from 30% to 70%. It is fitful for higher temperature and more corrosive solution.
