IS(ISR)系列泵是单级单吸悬臂式离心泵，是采用国际标准ISO2858进行设计制造的，用于汲送清水和无腐蚀性的液体，共34个基本型，通过切割叶轮或变速，可派生为242个规格供用户选用，轴封形式有软填料和机械密封两种，主要材料为灰铸铁和碳钢，根据用户需要，可供应不锈钢轴和铜叶轮的泵，IS泵介质最高温度80℃，ISR泵介质最高温度130℃。
IH型单级单吸化工离心泵是IS系列泵的派生系列泵，用于汲送腐蚀性液体，其性能参数与IS泵相同，泵的触液部件采用不锈钢材料制造，用户可根据液体性质选用相应的不锈钢牌号，轴封采用耐腐蚀机械密封，输送介质的温度一般为-20—105℃。配用功率为清水参数，选用时必须根据液体比重进行调整。 |
These series of pumps are single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump for transmission of clean water and liquid without corrosive, designed and manufactured in accordance with the international standard ISO2858. The series include 34 basic models and 242 specifications acquired by cutting impeller and changing speed. The shaft seals have two kind of soft gland packing and mechanical sea. The main parts of the pump are generally made of grey cast iron and high-grade carbon steel, can also be used stainless steel shaft and copper impeller depending on the application. The IS pump can be used for transporting medium at temperature below 80℃, the medium temperature of the IH series up to 130℃.
IH series single-stage single-suction chemical centrifugal pump is a derivative series of IS series. It is the same performance parameters as the IS pump, is suitable for handling corrosive liquids. The parts for the flow path are made of stainless steel. The Stainless Steel Grades are selected depending on liquids characteristic. The shaft seals use anti-corrosive mechanical seal. The temperature of medium conveyed is generally from -20 to 105℃. As a result of a specified pump power is based upon clean water condition, it is necessary to adjust the required pump power according to liquid proportion when selecting pump. |
